A way to keep myself busy I decided I should build myself a dune buggy.

96 feet of steel tubing all cut, grinded, welded, painted to form the chassis.

A 250cc dirt bike engine transplanted into the rear of the chassis n ext to the chain driven run flat tire .

Entire project took nearly 6 months to complete.

Summer Builds

Chassis design of the buggy done in Rhino 4 CAD.
Made to be 1 1/4 inch 14 GA steel tubing.
96ft of steel cut, grinded and welded
Front portion of chassis completed and painted
Wheel also painted a nice badass matte black 
Welding issue for suspension brackets solved, it was a good day
Rear portion of chassis for engines mount, gasoline tank, and electronics 
"Interior" cockpit with basic steering wheel and starter buttons and ignition on right Switch housing and mounts were FDM printed
Rear chassis loses with 250cc engines, gas tank, and all other peccary components
